Help shape the 2027 State of PX Report
2026 Annual People Experience Survey
How is People Experience evolving in your organization? What is working, where is progress difficult, and what needs to change next?
Share your perspective in the Impact PX Annual People Experience Survey. Your input will help build a clearer picture of how organizations are developing PX—and the priorities shaping its future.
Allow approximately 8–10 minutes. Most questions are optional.
Bring your experience to the picture
People Experience takes shape through everyday work: how people are supported, how their feedback informs decisions, and how improvements are put into practice.
This survey explores how organizations approach that work, from strategy and ownership to employee listening, digital tools, AI, and measuring outcomes.
Whether your organization is establishing its approach or developing an existing practice, your perspective matters. We want to understand both progress and the challenges that remain.
Who should take part?
The survey is for people working inside organizations who lead, shape, or support People Experience, including:
People Experience and Employee Experience leaders and practitioners.
Chief Human Resources Officers and Chief People Officers.
HR leadership team members.
Other internal leaders and practitioners with visibility into their organization’s PX approach.
Please answer based on the organization, business unit, or region you know best. You do not need to have “PX” in your job title.
What your input will inform
Your responses will help Impact PX:
Track how PX priorities and practices change over time.

This is a research survey, not a formal maturity assessment. There are no preferred answers—we are interested in your current experience.
Your participation and privacy
Participation is voluntary, and most questions are optional. The survey does not ask for your name, email address, or organization name. Please avoid including identifying or confidential information in written answers.
