  • Manage priority employee journeys with a product mindset

  • Integrate AI and emerging technologies in ways that improve work and employee experience

  • Connect experience improvements to productivity, performance, retention, adoption, cost, and risk

  • Build an evidence base for investment decisions and value realization

The conversation will be facilitated by Damon Deaner, co-founder of Impact PX and former Global Head of People Experience at IBM and Expedia Group, drawing on practical examples from a wide range of complex global organizations.
